No two products are the same and not all products have the same lifespan, but all our products come with a serious warranty.

THE FINE PRINT

 

The Warranty relates to manufacturing and workmanship. It does not cover any problem or damage to an item that is caused by or originates from:  

  • Installation or application failures
  • Daily wear-and-tear (including cosmetic damage and natural yellowing of clear cases)
  • Drops and falls
  • Liquid damage
  • Intentional modifications or third-party repairs
  • Items not sold by us or our authorized resellers
  • Theft or loss of the product
  • Damage caused by misuse or mishandling of the product
  • Damage caused by poor storage, burns, solvents, animals, varying environments, exposure to extreme temperatures or natural phenomena
  • Attempt to repair the parts/opening the product.
  • Any wires or connectors broken or damaged
  • Any wires cut for modification or rat damage
  • Any damaged to glass or edges

 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Our warranty only applies to an original, purchased item. Any product which has already been issued as a warranty replacement is not subject to the same policy and will not be replaced again.  
  • It is not possible to claim a warranty replacement for any product which has previously been refunded for any reason. 
  • The quality of any items should be checked when they arrive – contact us immediately if you have any concerns.  
  • When contacting us about any warranty claims, you will need to attach at least one high-resolution photo/video clearly showing the defect. If your complaint is deemed to be valid, we will then replace the item, with a new product of the same model and style. 
  • If an exact replacement is unavailable when a claim is approved, an alternative product or solution may be offered at Quantum E-Life discretion. This won’t include refunds. 
  • If your product was gifted to you, please note that we will need to match your claim to the original order in our system, using either the order number or the buyer’s details. 
  • Promotional items (those sent for the purpose of carrying out reviews, videos, etc.) and complimentary items (those sent by our Customer Experience team as a goodwill exception) are not covered by this warranty.  

 *If using our MagSafe® Compatible Magnetic Phone Ring and Stand, we recommend wiping the ring and phone/case surface regularly to prevent the build-up of debris (e.g. dust, grit or lint particles – especially those with a metallic content which would magnetize to the ring) as this could cause the phone/case to scratch or scuff over time. We recommend using this product with non-leather phone cases and please be aware that using this product without a phone case could increase the risk of your phone glass scratching. Quantum E-Life does not assume liability for any device damage which may occur while our products are in use.

Consumables

Some products, like batteries, are designed to be consumed during use. Product pages (and common sense) will tell you what items are designed to be consumed during use. Items like Self Scree Swap Kit that have consumable products that are covered under their own “As-is” guarantee. Those consumables won’t get lifetime guarantee replacement, but the other tools and parts will be covered.

Example: If your iPhone 15 battery replacement fails entirely after a couple months, we’ll replace it. If it loses potency after dozens and dozens of cycles after 1 year, we won’t. 

Another example: If one of the Plastic Opening Tools in your Self Screen Swap Kit breaks in half the first time you use it to pry a connector loose, we’ll replace it. If it loses the ability to pry as precisely as it did the first time after hundreds of uses, we won’t. 

User Error

We can’t cover user error. If you lose something from your order, we can't replace it for you. If you break a part during installation, we can’t replace it. If you accidentally damage the part after installation, we cannot replace it. Additionally, if you destroy a tool or tool roll due to misuse, we can’t replace it.

Quantum E-Life is not responsible for any damage to your device due to improper installation or accidental damage.
